The issue reprints, for material errors, the arrêté creating a Conseil National de Coordination des Médias d'État et de Service Public, referring the reader to Le Moniteur No. 59 of Monday 17 April 2017 for the first publication. The corpus holds that April issue as sgcm-arretes-2017-04-17. In Haitian practice a reproduction pour erreurs matérielles replaces the earlier printing on the points it corrects, so both issues have to be held to know what the instrument says.
The same issue names Ronsard Saint-Cyr Secretary of State for Public Security and grants Haitian nationality to Daniel Julius Kedar, and carries extracts from the trade marks register.
State media coordination bears on the public information environment that the corpus tracks through its news and discovery work, and the council was amended again in September 2017, an instrument held in this same tranche.
