Cadastre Training at Laborde: Camp-Perrin, Chantal and Maniche
- Names three communes in the rural land-security program, not one: Camp-Perrin, Chantal and Maniche, all in Sud.
- The training ran 29 February to 1 March at the DCCH premises in Laborde, near Les Cayes.
- It places capacity building ahead of the July 2016 title handover at Rollin recorded elsewhere in this set.
This short record does something the program documents do not: it names the second and third communes. Most of the Camp-Perrin material in this collection reads as though the rural land-security work concerned one commune, whereas this training was convened because Camp-Perrin, Chantal and Maniche were all being brought into the cadastre and their owners issued titles under the IDB-financed PSFMR. That widens the documented footprint of the program from one commune to three, all in the Sud department. The training was held over 29 February and 1 March at the DCCH premises in Laborde, near Les Cayes, which places the capacity-building step geographically and chronologically ahead of the July 2016 handover at Rollin recorded elsewhere in this set. Like the Camp-Perrin narrative, it is a Word original ingested in its native format.
