Decrees on Travel-Document Data (RPCV) and the Missions of the Organs of the Presidency

Summary: Gazette issue (Journal Officiel No. 21, 1 February 2016) publishing two decrees not otherwise held in the corpus: one on prior traveller information (RPCV) and personalized travel documents, the other fixing the missions and attributions of the organs and services of the Presidency. The same issue also republishes the decree amending the 2005 Administration Centrale de l'État decree, already held separately (mef-decrets-2016).
