This MEF table reports the execution of Treasury-funded budgetary expenditure for fiscal year 2018-2019 (October 2018 to September 2019), broken down by institution and by sector (executive, legislative, judicial power, and independent organisms). Against a rectified credit of 110,342.30 million HTG (carried over into 2018-2019), total expenditure reached 88,004.19 million HTG, an overall execution rate of 79.76%. Current expenditure comprised 41,377.44 million HTG in salaries and 32,024.12 million HTG in operating costs (fonctionnement), while public investment expenditure totaled 14,602.63 million HTG. Within the executive branch, the political sector (Justice, Foreign Affairs, Presidency, Interior) executed 94.63% of its 22,763.44 million HTG credit, the social sector (Education, Health) executed 87.44% of 21,939.73 million HTG, and the economic sector executed 58.83% of 22,024.42 million HTG, the lowest rate among executive sectors.
