- The headline target is a 31 percent reduction in greenhouse-gas emissions against business as usual by 2030.
- The unconditional component is 5 percent, a cumulative 10 Mt CO2-equivalent; the conditional component is a further 26 percent, a cumulative 35 Mt CO2-equivalent.
- The stated financing requirement is 25.387 billion US dollars: 8.773 billion for mitigation and 16.614 billion for adaptation.
- The reference year is 2000 and the implementation period runs 2016 to 2030.

Haiti's Intended Nationally Determined Contribution, submitted to the UNFCCC in September 2015 under the signature of Environment Minister Dominique Pierre.
The headline commitment is a 31 percent reduction in greenhouse-gas emissions against a business-as-usual scenario by 2030, split into an unconditional target of 5 percent, a cumulative 10 Mt CO2-equivalent, and a conditional target of a further 26 percent, a cumulative 35 Mt CO2-equivalent. The reference year is 2000 and the implementation period 2016 to 2030. Mitigation covers energy, AFOLU and waste; adaptation covers agriculture and food security, coastal zones, water resources, housing and territorial planning, health, education and public finance. The gases are CO2, CH4 and N2O.
The financing requirement is stated at 25.387 billion US dollars, of which 8.773 billion for mitigation and 16.614 billion for adaptation. The document also cites a cumulative cost of climate impacts of 1.8 billion dollars without preventive measures, against 77 million dollars with adaptation measures, on a 2025 horizon. A sectoral objective sets renewables at 47 percent of the Haitian electricity system by 2030.
The adaptation measures are drawn from the 2006 PANA, which the corpus now also holds, and the document positions itself against the Plan Stratégique de Développement 2012-2030.
