Summary: The Customs Code of Haiti of 1963, printed by the State Printing Office under François Duvalier, in 164 pages. It sets the customs territory and tariff, the declaration and clearance of goods, warehousing and transit regimes, exemptions, and the powers, penalties and disputes procedure of the customs administration. It is the predecessor of the customs code enacted by the decree of 5 May 1987, which the corpus also holds, so the two together show what changed.
