Three laws promulgated together: SEMANAH, the National Civil Aviation Office (OFNAC) and the National Education Fund (FNE), Le Moniteur Spécial No. 30 of 22 September 2017
- Three laws in one issue: SEMANAH, OFNAC and the FNE.
- SEMANAH was voted in the Senate on 13 July 2017 and in the Chamber on 17 August 2017; OFNAC on 6 July and 17 August 2017.
- The corpus held the draft of each and not the enacted text, so the parliamentary amendments can now be identified.
- The three cover maritime regulation, civil aviation oversight and the earmarked education fund.
Le Moniteur, 172e année, Spécial No. 30, Friday 22 September 2017.
The issue carries three laws with their parliamentary passage printed on the cover. The law amending the decree of 5 March 1982 creating the Service Maritime et de Navigation d'Haïti was voted in the Senate on 13 July 2017 and in the Chamber of Deputies on 17 August 2017. The law organising the Office National de l'Aviation Civile was voted in the Senate on 6 July 2017 and in the Chamber on 17 August 2017. The law creating the Fonds National de l'Éducation follows in the same issue.
The three institutions cover port and maritime regulation, civil aviation oversight, and the earmarked education fund financed by the telecommunications and transfer levies. The corpus holds the draft of each from the Presidency site, as prh-2017-projet-loi-semanah, prh-2017-projet-loi-ofnac-aviation-civile and prh-2012-projet-loi-fne-fonds-national-education. Holding the promulgated text beside each draft allows the parliamentary amendments to be identified.
