The plan is filed on the CNMP standard form for fiscal year 2024-2025 and lists eight planned contracts of the Programme National de Cantines Scolaires (PNCS), the school feeding program attached to the MENFP. The first page carries five numbered lines: two minibuses for field agents in the Ouest department (HTG 9,400,000.00, price request DEPX), computer equipment for the central and regional offices (HTG 10,000,000.00, simplified procedure PRAL), office supplies for the central office and annexes (HTG 14,500,000.00, PRAL), detergents (HTG 9,500,000.00, DEPX) and a security company for the PNCS premises (HTG 14,000,000.00, direct agreement GRGR, 12 months).
