FY2025-2026 Annual Public Procurement Plan, ONI

This annual public procurement plan (PAPMP) was filed by the Office National d'Identification (ONI) with the Commission Nationale des Marchés Publics (CNMP) for fiscal year 2025-2026. CNMP a-priori control is marked Oui for ten lines. Planned launches run from November 2025 to February 2026 with signatures from December 2025 to May 2026; most lines are located in the Ouest, two are national. A footnote states that the tender file for one line had already received the CNMP's no-objection but the contract could not be launched during fiscal year 2024-2025. The plan cites article 34-1 of the law of 10 June 2009 for direct agreement. The form prints no total.
