The annual public procurement plan, or PAPMP, that Ministère de la Culture et de la Communication (MCC) filed with the Commission Nationale des Marchés Publics for fiscal year 2025-2026.
A PAPMP is the table a Haitian public body is required to publish setting out what it intends to procure over the year, in chronological order of priority. Each row names the object of the contract, the source of financing, the budget code or project reference, the credits available, the nature of the contract as services, supplies, works or intellectual services, the procurement method, the planned launch and signature periods, whether CNMP prior review applies, the location of execution, the expected duration in months, and the quarterly profile of the spending.
