Line 02 is the purchase of three all-terrain vehicles (TI, code 1112225-12-410) for 19,500,000.00 gourdes, supplies, national restricted tender (AORN), launch and signature December 2025, CNMP a-priori control marked 'Oui', Port-au-Prince, 4 months.

A note explains that the two contracts correspond to procurements initiated in fiscal year 2024-2025. They were signed by both parties for HTG 7,846,875.00 including taxes and customs duties for the generator and HTG 19,488,000.00 before taxes for the three vehicles, but the Cour Supérieure des Comptes et du Contentieux Administratif (CSCCA) had not validated them before 30 September 2025. They are therefore carried into this plan, and the amounts entered are the approximate amounts of the signed contracts. No total is printed.
