Annual Public Procurement Plan of the FAES, Fiscal Year 2025-2026, second revision

The annual public procurement plan, or PAPMP, that Fonds d'Assistance Économique et Sociale (FAES) filed with the Commission Nationale des Marchés Publics for fiscal year 2025-2026, in the version the CNMP published on 16 September 2026.

A PAPMP is the table a Haitian public body is required to publish setting out what it intends to procure over the year, in chronological order of priority. Each row names the object of the contract, the source of financing, the budget code or project reference, the credits available, the nature of the contract as services, supplies, works or intellectual services, the procurement method, the planned launch and signature periods, whether CNMP prior review applies, the location of execution, the expected duration in months, and the quarterly profile of the spending.

This is the third filing the CNMP holds from the institution for this fiscal year. It carries the same cover version date as the filing before it, 24 August 2026, and the two are the same document in every line but one. At line 20, the acquisition of an armoured vehicle, the source of financing moves from the Treasury investment budget to the institution's fonds propres, the budget code is replaced by an account number, and the amount is restated from 26,000,000.00 gourdes to USD 690,045.36. Nothing else on the four pages differs, and the corpus holds the earlier filing so the change can be read against it.
