FY2025-2026 General Public Procurement Notice, MICT

Procurement modes are national open tender (AOON) for eight lines, a request for proposals preceded by a national call for expressions of interest (DPAN) for the master plans, and an international open tender (AOOI) for the building works. Planned launch dates run from January 2026 to April 2026, with execution periods of 3 to 12 months and locations across the Grand Nord, Grand Sud, Ouanaminthe, Milot, Caracol and Port-au-Prince. The general notice form has no CNMP a-priori control column and prints no total.
