AVIS
Le Comité de Règlement des Différends (CRD) informe le public en général et les
acteurs de la passation des marchés publics en particulier que, dans le cadre du litige
opposant les Entreprises Matériaux de Construction Tebo S.A. à la Banque de la
République d'Haïti (BRH), il a organisé le 17 novembre 2020 l’audition des Parties.
Suite à cette séance et après délibération de ses cinq (5) Membres, le Comité a rendu
sa décision.
Celle-ci a été communiquée, pour notification aux parties, à la Commission
Nationale des Marchés Publics (CNMP) en vertu de l’article 237-2.- de l’arrêté
d’application de la loi du 10 juin 2009.
La Commission Nationale des Marchés Publics (CNMP) a la charge de publier la
décision du CRD sur son site web.
