Implementation Completion and Results Report - Economic Governance Reform Operation

The Implementation Completion and Results Report evaluates the World Bank-supported Economic Governance Reform Operation (EGRO) in Haiti. The EGRO, consisting of an adjustment credit and grant, aimed to support the government's implementation of critical economic governance reforms to increase transparency and efficiency in the use of public resources and external assistance. Key objectives included improving budgetary processes and financial controls, strengthening public procurement processes, stepping up anti-corruption efforts, improving efficiency and transparency in the management of public enterprises and the Road Maintenance Fund, and creating a mechanism for civil society to monitor economic governance reforms.
