Nine states were invited to participate: Brazil, Canada, Chile, Haiti, Japan, Peru, Senegal, Spain and Uruguay.
The discussion addresses the drawdown agreed in October 2011 and its continuation through June, the question that resolution 2070 (2012) then settled in October by reducing the military component to 6,270 and the police component to 2,601.
