- All were carried out by armed groups belonging to the Viv Ansanm federation.
- Victims include babies, children, women and girls, older people and people with reduced mobility or sensory impairment.
- The Kenscoff toll separates the people killed from the people who disappeared.
Between December 2024 and February 2025 the network investigated three massacres, at Wharf Jérémie, at Kenscoff and at Chateaublond, carried out by armed groups belonging to the Viv Ansanm federation. Each is taken in the same way: the reconstruction of events, the toll recorded, and what followed. The Kenscoff section separates the people killed from the people who disappeared. The abuses recorded include killings, gunshot wounds, kidnappings, disappearances and rapes, and the victims include babies, children, women and girls, older people and people with reduced mobility or living with a sensory impairment; houses and vehicles were also burned. The report's closing recommendation is that the members of the transitional presidential council give up the funds allocated to intelligence in favour of the police and the army.
