- At least 1,047 people were killed between January and March 2024, 43 of them police officers.
- At least ten massacres and fourteen sporadic armed attacks were recorded in the quarter.
- The count is broken out by sexual violence, gunshot wounds, kidnappings, protest repression and violence against journalists.
- The report closes on the state institutions affected, from ministries to the pension office and the airport and civil aviation authorities.
The report sets out what preceded the quarter and how it unfolded, then counts the acts against life and property in sections: the people killed, at least 1,047 of them and 43 of those police officers, in at least ten massacres and fourteen sporadic armed attacks; the armed attacks themselves; the officers killed between January and March; the women and girls subjected to sexual violence; the people wounded by gunfire; the kidnappings; the repression of anti-government demonstrations and violence against journalists; and the vandalism and arson recorded over the three months. It closes on the state institutions involved, from ministries to the pension office, the airport authority and the civil aviation office.
