- The National Strategic Committee meets once a year before MENFP budget planning and validates decisions with at least 60% of votes.
- The National Steering Committee meets twice a year, in November and May, and is chaired by the Coordinator of the Pôle Appui.
- The National Technical Team has about sixty members, meets in September, January, April and June, and prepares a quarterly progress report.
- The terms call for an online platform so technical teams can work together from any location.
The terms of reference, dated August 2019, follow the master plan and implementation strategy for the education management information system (SIGE) that MENFP adopted in spring 2019. They set up three bodies. The National Strategic Committee, chaired by the Minister of Education, meets once a year before budget planning, validates orientations and annual progress reports, and decides by at least 60% of votes; its members include the Inspection Générale, the directors general of education, the UEH rector, CORPUHA, IHSI, the non-public sector and technical and financial partners. The National Steering Committee, chaired by the Coordinator of the Pôle Appui, meets in November and May to review semiannual reports and approve corrective measures. The National Technical Team, about sixty people led by the USI, DPCE and UEP directors, meets in September, January, April and June and produces a quarterly progress report.
