The Programme d'urgence multisectoriel pour l'apaisement et la réinsertion sociale des groupes vulnérables is financed from two sources reported separately: the Food Shock Window, the IMF emergency facility, and the Trésor Public. The Direction Générale du Budget publishes three reports at each cut-off date, one on disbursements made, one on expenditure from Food Shock Window resources and one on expenditure from Treasury resources, each broken down by institution, action and activity.

This edition reports the position at May 2023. The institutions appearing in it are FAES, MEF, MENFP.

The corpus holds the programme's later reporting from August 2025 and the two CSCCA compliance audits of the programme. This series covers the earlier period and carries the institution-level detail, which is what allows the Food Shock Window tranche to be traced to the spending lines it financed.
