This is Tome II of the finance law for fiscal year 2011-2012, printed as a special issue of Le Moniteur, the official gazette, in May 2012 under the heading Documents annexes au budget. It opens with the public investment program for 2011-2012, in a summary by institution that splits investment credits into the economic, political and socio-cultural sectors. Later tables show the public investment program by institution, the geographic distribution of public investments and the resources drawn from the national budget. The General Budget annexes then list posts and pay by institution, line by line, for categories such as school directors, secretaries and messengers. The scan is of poor quality, so many individual figures in the tables cannot be read reliably. The volume has 448 pages.
