Dry conditions and above-average temperatures returned to eastern Haiti over the last fifteen days, with rainfall in the east running at 75 to 90 percent of normal. Anse-Rouge and Gonaives showed signs of poor vegetation health, and a disorganized area of showers over the central tropical Atlantic was associated with a tropical wave. The reversal is confined to the east.
