FAES Quarterly Public Report, April-June 2025
Summary: The Economic and Social Assistance Fund's public report for April-June 2025, as an illustrated booklet. It sets out, program by program, what was delivered in the quarter, how many people it reached and how much was disbursed — covering the social-assistance, safety-net, cash-for-work and youth-employment programs funded by the Treasury, the IDB and Taiwan. FAES publishes little else, so this is the public record of what its programs actually did.
Key Findings
- The April-June 2025 FAES quarterly bulletin summarizes third-quarter FY2024-2025 activities for internally displaced people and vulnerable communities.
- PUM concentrated on food and emergency support, including community restaurants in Delmas and Bourdon, food kits, mobile-canteen hot meals, water recipients, hygiene kits and tarps for internally displaced people.
- HA-J0005 provided non-conditional cash transfers and launched climate-resilience cash-for-work projects in Nord-Ouest, Ouest, Sud and Grand'Anse.
- Health and social-support activities reported medical visits, laboratory tests, food kits to patients, first monetary transfers and completion of early project steps by families in the first cohort.
- The HA-J0007 consultation process covered localities across all ten departments and recorded women and men participants separately.
- The bulletin also describes a FAES-ONM-IDB tripartite technical cell focused on return migration and forced returns.
