FY2025-2026 Annual Public Procurement Plan, MEF, revised

This is the revised annual public procurement plan (PAPMP aménagé, version March 2026) of the Ministère de l'Économie et des Finances (MEF) for fiscal year 2025-2026, on the CNMP standard form. It lists 12 numbered lines. The largest is line 12, check paper, five specialized printers and toners (TF, code 300) at 235,000,000.00 gourdes by national restricted tender (AORN), April to June 2026. Line 07, vehicles (code 410, AOON, March to May 2026), has two sub-lines: 12 pickups and 10 other vehicles for the MEF at 197,500,000.00 gourdes (TF) and 13 pickups and 2 other vehicles for the DGTCP at 75,000,000.00 gourdes (TI). Line 08 is the construction of the building for the Hinche departmental directorate (TI, code 460) at 80,000,000.00 gourdes by AOON, 24 months. Line 02 is security and protection services for MEF sites in the Ouest, Sud-Est, Nord-Est, Nord-Ouest and Centre departments at 74,433,000.00 gourdes by AOON. Line 04 is printer cartridges and printing supplies at 58,200,000.00 gourdes (AOON); line 09 catering services at 55,000,000.00 gourdes (AOON); line 06 vehicle maintenance and repair at 45,000,000.00 gourdes (AORN); line 11 computer equipment for the DGTCP at 32,240,460.00 gourdes (AOON); line 01 study and supervision of the Sud departmental directorate administrative building (continuation) at 25,000,000.00 gourdes (DPAN, June 2025 to March 2026, 18 months, Les Cayes); line 05 small equipment and office supplies at 13,500,000.00 gourdes (DEPX); line 03 fitting out of the Nippes accounting office at 13,000,000.00 gourdes (DECO). Line 10, recruitment of a consultant for the actuarial valuation of the public servants' pension plan (DPAN, April to July 2026), has an illegible amount.

Modes used are AOON, AORN, DPAN, DEPX and DECO. CNMP a-priori control is marked 'Oui' on ten lines and 'Non' on lines 03 and 05. Launch dates run from June 2025 to April 2026 with signatures between March and July 2026. Most lines are located in Port-au-Prince. No total is printed.
