FY2024-2025 Annual Public Procurement Plan, FNE, revised

The Fonds National de l'Éducation (FNE) filed this annual public procurement plan (PAPMP) for fiscal year 2024-2025, marked revised (Révisé), on the CNMP form. The largest are the construction of four lycées in the Sud (code 612, 800,000,000.00 gourdes, 13 months: Lycée Jean Hubert Feuille, Lycée François Dominique Toussaint, Lycée Torbeck and Lycée National de Chantal at 200,000,000.00 each), the Centre Culturel et Technologique (CCTN) in the Nippes (600,000,000.00 gourdes, 18 months), three national schools in the Sud (450,000,000.00 gourdes, 10 months: Port-à-Piment, Sainte Thérèse de Saint-Jean-du-Sud, Île-à-Vache at 150,000,000.00 each), three national schools in the Nord (450,000,000.00 gourdes, 10 months: Port Français, La Victoire, La Fossette), two lycées in the Sud-Est (400,000,000.00 gourdes: Gérald Michel Mathurin and Thiotte) and two lycées in the Artibonite (400,000,000.00 gourdes: Jacques Stephen Alexis and Dellande). Single-school constructions of 200,000,000.00 gourdes each cover Lycée Jean Louis Pierrot (Nord), Lycée Technique de Limbé (Nord, 18 months), Lycée de Jean Rabel (Nord-Ouest) and Lycée Georges et Antoine Izmery (Ouest); constructions of 150,000,000.00 gourdes cover École Nationale Sainte Suzanne (Nord-Est) and École Nationale Anacaona des Filles (Ouest).

Rehabilitation lines of 40,000,000.00 gourdes each, 6 months, cover Lycée National de l'Azile (Nippes), Lycée National d'Aquin and Lycée Technique Agricole de Cance (Sud, 80,000,000.00 together), Lycée Fabre Geffrard (Artibonite) and École Nationale République du Paraguay (Ouest), plus one lycée and two national schools in the Nord (Lycée Jean Baptiste Cinéas, École Nationale Fort Bourgeois, École Nationale Bande du Nord, 120,000,000.00 gourdes together). Execution periods for construction run 10 to 18 months.
