CFI Strategic Plan 2023-2027
- The plan is framed as a five-year strategy for 2023-2027 under Haiti's PSDH Horizon 2030.
- It sets three core values for the agency: client orientation, accessibility and availability, and transparency.
- FDI attraction is the mandate priority and is broken into three strategic axes: structuring Haiti's offer, country branding and targeted FDI prospecting.
- Priority sectors include textile and apparel, agriculture and agro-industries, hotel and tourism, BPO and call centers, construction and real estate, renewable energy, electrical and electronic assembly, and maritime transport and cabotage.
- The operational agenda includes a single investment window and two integrated regional service hubs in the North and South.
- Transversal activities include aftercare, economic intelligence, advocacy, incentive-file processing, diaspora investment and diplomatic or consular relations.
- The plan calls for quantified KPI monitoring, risk mitigation, stronger organizational capacity, a reconfigured CRM, an updated website and adapted marketing materials.
The CFI strategic plan for 2023-2027 is a five-year roadmap to reposition Haiti's investment-promotion agency at the level of leading Caribbean peers. It aligns the agency with Haiti's 2030 development strategy and the priorities of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and organizes the plan around FDI attraction, Haiti's investment offer, country branding, targeted prospecting, a single investment window, regional service hubs, aftercare, investment-climate advocacy, diaspora investment, diplomatic outreach, stronger internal capacity, CRM, web and marketing tools, risk mitigation and KPI-based monitoring.
