CEP/DC/072-2526: The CEP takes part in the experience-sharing and observation program for the Québec general election

The program, run under the Network of Francophone Electoral Expertise (RECEF), had two phases: presentations by Élections Québec staff and outside speakers on electoral administration, then direct observation at polling stations in several constituencies of the Québec City region, including management of the permanent voter list and voting operations. On 7 October 2026 councillor Desrosiers presented the Haitian electoral process to representatives of organizations including Action-Haïti, Architecture sans frontières Québec, Carrefour de solidarité internationale, CIDIS and the Université de Sherbrooke.
