Prepared for the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de la Grand'Anse by around ten professionals led by the economist Thébeau Michel and dated 7 August 2014, this report makes the case for business opportunities in eco-tourism and agri-food in the department. Its stated aim is to draw the attention of potential local and foreign investors to the opportunities available. It is the private-sector voice among the Grand'Anse planning documents in this batch - the others come from MARNDR and from the mayors' association - and one of very few chamber-of-commerce documents in the corpus.
