Électricité d'Haïti's single-line diagram of the Port-au-Prince metropolitan power system, issued 23 January 2013 and marked 'émis - tel que relevé', that is as-surveyed rather than as-designed. Its title block gives the scale as 'aucune': this is a schematic of electrical connectivity, not a map, and nothing on it is geographic.
It sets out the metropolitan network as a connected system: generation with capacities, the substations and buses that link them, transformation ratios and the voltage levels in use. Generating plant named on the drawing includes Péligre at 54 MW, E-Power at 31.3 MW and the two Varreux units at 10.3 MW and 20.9 MW. Substations include Croix-des-Missions, Croix-des-Bouquets, and Ancien and Nouveau Delmas, and the voltage levels run 115 kV, 69 kV, 13.8 kV, 13.37 kV, 12.47 kV, 4.16 kV and 0.48 kV, with a 69 kV ring bus. Feeders and transformers carry their own identifiers.
Its value is that it answers a question no map can: what is connected to what, and at what voltage. Read it against the geographic sheets of the same network for where the assets sit, and against the 2018 regional network series for what interconnection was later meant to add. Because it is as-surveyed in January 2013 it predates the Péligre rehabilitation and the loss of all but one independent power producer, so treat its capacities as a 2013 snapshot rather than current ratings.
