The metropolitan sheet in ANARSE's published network set, drawn at A0 and dated February 2016, two years earlier than the eight regional sheets it sits with. It covers the Port-au-Prince metropolitan network, which matters because the metropolitan grid is where most of EDH's customers and most of its losses are concentrated, and because it is the one part of the country the regional concession model was not going to reach.
The drawing is fully vector: roughly fourteen thousand curves and seven thousand lines, with a single background image. Unlike the regional sheets it carries no extractable text at all, so every label is drawn as vector outlines. In practice that means the sheet is legible to a reader but invisible to search, and nothing in it can be quoted without opening the file.
