Description
The purpose of this contract is to increase awareness and understanding of the benefits of USAID assistance programs to communities and individuals across Haiti so that these programs can be implemented more efficiently with stakeholder buy-in and support as described in detail in section C, statement of work, for the implementation of the outreach and communication support project.
