with lighter conditionalities to help WHO deliver on its priorities. Supported by enhanced donor intelligence and income-forecasting capacity, the Secretariat will continue to strengthen and deepen its relationships with its donors and is committed to strong dialogue to ensure shared priority-setting and mutually reinforcing commitments. Clear priorities, backed up by adequate and dependable resourcing, will help the Secretariat to plan and deliver in an effective and efficient way.
