Description
IOM aims to support the improvement of reception facilities to better welcome migrants upon their return to Haiti, both in Port-au-Prince and Cap-Haitian. This will enable key stakeholders involved in migrants’ assistance to be prepared for repatriations and stand ready to welcome migrants even when informed in a very short notice. Besides, IOM is willing to provide further support to returnees while they are preparing for their longer-term plans and reintegration. This support will include an additional cash grant, as well as psychosocial support and legal assistance, depending on their needs.
