In Haiti, ICSP supported climate‑resilient local economic systems through the Blue Economy programme, where 79% of participants increased their income via sustainable fishing, seafood processing, agro‑processing and climate‑smart apiculture. 350 people received resources to protect and rebuild livelihood assets, 430 accessed informal financial services through VSLAs, and 350 gained market‑oriented skills. Over 73% of producers adopted climate‑smart, nutritionally improved practices, enhancing long‑term food and income security. These efforts contributed to improved wellbeing: 57% of targeted households achieved acceptable FCS, while women’s empowerment initiatives raised the Household Decision‑Making Index to 66.55%, surpassing programme benchmarks..
