Description
In a suburb in Haiti, the water supply is interrupted due to a defective water system. The aim is to rehabilitate an existing system and ensure a year-round water supply in the project area, also for irrigating gardens and fields. In addition to rehabilitating the water supply system, trees are planted, spring protection measures are carried out, 50 new gardens are planted and training courses are held for the population on the maintenance and use of the system. The target group is the approx. 8,000 inhabitants of the project region.
