Description
The project promotes improved health care, particularily for women and children, and strengthened education services and skills in the impoverished region of Haut de St-Marc. Rayjon has previously established two health clinics, three elementary schools and one secondary school offering vocational training, and has built their capacity to deliver health services and educational programs. This project aims to develop the capacity of health and school councils in strategic planning, project management and fundraising to operate the schools and clinics sustainably.
