World Bank restructuring paper of 31 May 2013 for the Haiti Cholera Emergency Response Project (P120110, IDA Grant H639-0-HT, approved by the Board on 18 January 2011). It extends the closing date from 30 June to 31 December 2013 so the Government can finish rehabilitation works begun in May 2013, allowing for delays from the coming rainy season. Being a restructuring rather than an appraisal, it records how the emergency operation actually unfolded rather than how it was planned, and the project's completion report is held separately.
