Over April and May 2025 the network monitored seven commissariats and three sub-commissariats in the Ouest department to establish the general situation in the police holding cells and the conditions in which the people kept there are treated. The title carries the finding: overcrowding, insalubrity and the spread of contagious disease. Its recommendations are to repair the stations damaged or destroyed by the armed groups of Viv Ansanm, and to supply food and water to the people held and detained in police stations.
