Summary: The DGB's detailed table of operating expenditure executed by budget section and article for fiscal year 2025-2026 from 1 October to 30 June 2026, setting the revised appropriation against amounts executed and the remaining balance for each institution, across personnel spending, services and sundry charges, and the other operating articles.
Full Description

The General Budget Directorate's detailed table of operating expenditure executed by budget section and article for fiscal year 2025-2026, covering 1 October 2025 to 30 June 2026. Each line sets the revised appropriation against the amount executed, the balance remaining and the execution rate, and the table descends from the branch of government to the sector, the institution, the internal service and finally the article of expenditure, so a reader can see where inside a ministry the money actually went.

At the top line, 234,971,000,000 gourdes were appropriated and 148,753,965,137 executed by 30 June, leaving a balance of 86,217,034,862 and an execution rate of 63.31 percent nine months into a twelve-month year. The executive branch accounts for 220,867,653,557 of the appropriation and 62.74 percent of it executed. Read against the same table for earlier months, this is where an under-executing line becomes visible while the fiscal year is still running, which is the point of a monthly series rather than an annual account.
