Payroll Movements Report, October 2024

Summary: The MEF's monthly report on movements in the State payroll, for October 2024. Against September it records a fall in both headcount and the wage bill, with the payroll standing at 3,771,475,524.08 gourdes for 102,116 cheques issued. Setting aside duplicates permitted by law, actual staff numbered 93,979, of whom 28,377 (30.19%) were women. Integration movements created 156 new posts (43 women, 113 men) worth 5,373,670.00 gourdes, while 320 separations, mostly abandonment of post, came to 15,453,916.17 gourdes. Against October 2023 the payroll was down 4,996 jobs and 155,700,985.35 gourdes. Movements are broken down by institution, category, sex and age band.
