The companion volume to the FY2006-2007 budget annexes already held as Tome I. Its two substantive sections are the establishment table for regular central-government personnel, starting at page 350 of the printed volume, and forecast revenue and expenditure for certain external services, from page 615. The staffing table is the part that matters most for public-finance work: it is the wage-bill detail behind the aggregate personnel appropriation.
