FEWS NET's Haiti Seasonal Monitor for September 2025, dated October 1, 2025. Rainfall from late August through 25 September was above average nationwide, especially in the north, offsetting August deficits and supporting second-season planting. NDVI conditions were average to above average across most cropping areas, with localized deficits in Sud and Artibonite. The surplus offset the August deficit reported in the previous edition.
