A CEP note to political and civil-society actors announcing that the draft electoral decree intended to govern the coming contests is available. Invoking a concern for inclusion and transparency, the Council invites political actors and civil-society organizations to collect a printed copy of the document at the CEP premises at 72 Rue Stephen Archer, Pétion-ville, from Friday 31 October 2025, between 10am and 5pm, for their views, suggestions and recommendations. Comments were to be filed at the same address and within the same hours until 10 November 2025 inclusive.
