Summary — The electoral decree issued by the Transitional Presidential Council and published in Le Moniteur (180th year, Special No. 66) on Monday 1 December 2025, signed by all nine council members. This is the decree under which the CEP published its 2025-2026 electoral calendar fixing the first round for 30 August 2026, and it was superseded in turn by the decree of 2 June 2026.
