AUX BANQUES
A partir du 17 avril 2017, les retards dans la soumission des rapports seront sanctionnés à raison
de CINQUANTE MILLE GOURDES (HTG 50,000.00) par jour de retard. Les pénalités seront
prélevées sur le compte de la banque fautive domicilié à la BRH.
Cette circulaire annule et remplace celle du 16 mai 1995 (Réf. BRH/CIR/95 # 70).
