Operations CSV: column definitions

The first line of the file gives the data date and the filters of the view. Amounts are in US$ without thousands separators; a missing figure is written "not reported".

`key`	The operation key: the source, a colon and its number (WB:P165870).	The operation's record: World Bank, IDB, IFC, IATI or USAspending, merged field by field.
`short_title`	The title used in lists: the published title, shortened by rule or written, at most 80 characters.	The published title, shortened by rule or written from it.
`published_title`	The title as the source publishes it.	The operation's record: World Bank, IDB, IFC, IATI or USAspending, merged field by field.
`text_kind`	description, or objective when the source publishes no description; empty when it publishes neither.	The operation's record: World Bank, IDB, IFC, IATI or USAspending, merged field by field.
`text`	The description or the objective, in full.	The operation's record: World Bank, IDB, IFC, IATI or USAspending, merged field by field.
`partner`	The development partner the money comes from.	The operation's record: World Bank, IDB, IFC, IATI or USAspending, merged field by field.
`partner_kind`	The partner type: bilateral, eu, mdb, un, un_core, un_pooled, global_fund, ngo, foundation, private or other.	The operation's record: World Bank, IDB, IFC, IATI or USAspending, merged field by field.
`agency`	The partner agency (IDA, USAID, World Food Programme).	The operation's record: World Bank, IDB, IFC, IATI or USAspending, merged field by field.
`implementing_agency`	The agency that carries out the operation, as the source names it.	The operation's record: World Bank, IDB, IFC, IATI or USAspending, merged field by field.
`stage`	Life cycle stage at the data date: planned, approved, under_way, closing, closed or stopped.	Computed from the columns of the same row.
`sector`	The sector group.	Computed from the columns of the same row.
`departments`	The departments where the operation works, each with its code.	Department names: the OCHA administrative boundaries.
`approval_date`	The approval date, or the start of the activity where the source publishes no approval.	The operation's record: World Bank, IDB, IFC, IATI or USAspending, merged field by field.
`approval_kind`	What approval_date is: approval, actual_start or planned_start.	Computed from the columns of the same row.
`closing_date`	The latest closing date published.	The operation's record: World Bank, IDB, IFC, IATI or USAspending, merged field by field.
`original_closing_date`	The closing date at approval. The value is "not reported" where no source gives the whole history of the closing date.	World Bank documents, the IDA statement, USAspending modifications and the change history of each record's closing date.
`extensions`	The number of extensions: the moves to a later closing date that the sources give. A move to an earlier date is not counted. The value is "not reported" where no source gives the whole history of the closing date. `restructurings`	The number of restructurings: the count a World Bank paper states, else the number of its restructuring papers (at least that many), else the US award modifications that change scope or period. `restructurings_basis`	How restructurings is counted: stated (a World Bank paper states the count), papers (the number of restructuring papers: at least that many) or modifications (US award modifications). `aid_on_budget`	yes when the operation is matched to a line of the public investment program.	The public investment program.
`humanitarian`	yes when the source marks the operation humanitarian, no when it marks it otherwise.	The operation's record: World Bank, IDB, IFC, IATI or USAspending, merged field by field.
`approved_usd`	Approved to date, US$: the sum of the commitment records, cancellations negative. World Bank: net commitment; IATI: commitments; USAspending: obligations.	The transaction records of the sources the next column names.
`approved_source`	The sources of the commitment records.	The transaction records of the operation.
`disbursed_usd`	Disbursed to date, US$: the sum of the disbursement records.	The transaction records of the sources the next column names.
`disbursed_source`	The sources of the disbursement records.	The transaction records of the operation.
`undisbursed_usd`	The undisbursed balance at the data date, US$, as the source publishes it. In a group row, the sum over the group, or "no total" when only part of the group reports it; undisbursed_reported_usd then holds the partial sum.	The source undisbursed_source names.
`undisbursed_source`	The source of the undisbursed balance.	The operation's record: World Bank, IDB, IFC, IATI or USAspending, merged field by field.
`fiscal_year`	The fiscal year of the next column; the Haitian fiscal year runs from October to September.	The view the file was made from.
`disbursed_in_fiscal_year_usd`	Disbursements in that fiscal year, US$; the current year runs to the data date.	The transaction records of the sources the next column names.
`disbursed_in_fiscal_year_source`	The sources of the disbursement records of that fiscal year.	The transaction records of the operation.
`identifiers`	Every identifier of the operation, each with its scheme.	The operation's record: World Bank, IDB, IFC, IATI or USAspending, merged field by field.
`data_date`	The date of the data.	The date of the published data.

Group rows, when the view is grouped

`approved_reporting`	How many operations report the amount: "N of M", or "sum of those reporting, N of M" when not every operation reports it.	Sums over the group's operations, as the total row of the page.
`disbursed_reporting`	How many operations report the amount: "N of M", or "sum of those reporting, N of M" when not every operation reports it.	Sums over the group's operations, as the total row of the page.
`undisbursed_reported_usd`	Undisbursed, US$: the sum reported by those publishing, when only part of the group reports; empty when the whole group reports.	Sums over the group's operations, as the total row of the page.
