Description
The objective of this project is to put in place the elements of knowledge, partnerships and financing necessary for a large-scale stabilization program in Haiti.The stabilization project targeted will be structured for swift deployment to immediately restore government presence in in areas previously controlled or influenced by gangs. With focus on Port-au-Prince and gradually expand to reclaimed areas secured by the Haitian National Police (HNP) in collaboration with the Multinational Security
