Description
Cette Action est de renforcer la capacité de la Douane, en accélérant les réformes nécessaires, pour la lutte contre la contrebande, le trafic illégal de drogue et d'armes, pour la mobilisation des recettes fiscales et pour la facilitation du commerce transfrontalier, en assurant ainsi le financement du budget et le financement d’un développement économique et social inclusif en Haïti. Pour atteindre cet objectif, des travaux seront menés sur l'amélioration de la gestion des opérations douanières, le renforcement des ressources humaines et l'amélioration des infrastructures et équipements nécessaires au fonctionnement de l´AGD et à la sécurisation et la facilitation du commerce transfrontalier.
