L'objectif global de ce contrat est de contribuer a reduire la vulnerabilite d'Haiti aux impacts du changement climatique. Il contribue a: Fournir une expertise et un appui à la Délégation de l’UE, au MdE, au Bureau de l’Ordonnateur National (BON) et les parties prenantes sur tous les aspects relatifs à la mise en œuvre du programme · Participer au renforcement de la gouvernance de la lutte contre les changements climatiques en Haïti et accompagner les institutions étatiques, la société civile et les universités dans la prise en compte de l’adaptation aux changements climatiques dans le financement, la planification et la mise en œuvre des programmes et projets de développement en tenant compte de la transversalité du thématique ; · Assurer
