The Implementation Completion and Results Report (ICR) assesses a World Bank project in Haiti designed to promote the inclusion of persons with disabilities in social protection and employment programs. The project, funded by the Policy and Human Resources Development (PHRD) Fund, focused on identifying persons with disabilities through a national registry, strengthening government institutions, and improving access to employment services. Key activities included developing a disability-specific survey, training human resources, supporting a job placement service, and raising awareness among employers. A restructuring occurred in June 2020 to address exogenous disruptions and sector-specific constraints, resulting in a revised project development objective (PDO) and results framework. The project successfully registered over 53,000 persons with disabilities and provided employment services to hundreds of individuals, contributing to social inclusion and institutional strengthening.
