The Implementation Completion and Results Report evaluates the Haiti Rural Water and Sanitation Project, which was supported by IDA and SPF grants totaling approximately US$10 million. The project's primary objective was to increase access to and use of water supply and sanitation (WSS) services in participating rural communities. Specific objectives included increasing the sustained use of safe drinking water, improving sanitation and hygiene practices, and strengthening the capacity of the implementing agency (DINEPA), local water committees (CAEPAs), and professional operators.
